Marker 1 Marina
Marker 1 Marina in Dunedin, Florida, is a full-service facility featuring 149 wet slips and dry stack storage for up to 350 boats. The marina offers a fuel dock, ship’s store, mobile app concierge launch, pool with tiki bar, showers, restrooms, 24-hour security, boat detailing, pump-out services, and on-site yacht brokerage. Located near Hurricane Pass, the marina provides quick access to the Gulf of Mexico and nearby islands such as Honeymoon and Caladesi.
Following Hurricane Helene in 2023, Marker 1 Marina’s wet slip docks were completely destroyed. Edgewater Group completed all permitting and design work to dredge the site and replace the fixed docks with floating docks, including a wave attenuator engineered to withstand Category 5 storms. Construction began in April 2025.
